“共青团员”舰（1164E型）。*虚构架空设定：在现实中的20世纪90年代，中国曾计划从某前苏联加盟共和国购买一条建造完成度较高的1164型“光荣”级巡洋舰。后因预算限制、性能用途考虑及外部环境原因，该计划未能实施，中方决定转而从俄罗斯购买956E型“现代”级驱逐舰。“共青团员”舰背景设定为假设中国将其购买并建造完毕后进行多次现代化改装，大幅度迭代替换导弹武器等舰载装备，最终成为导弹试验舰。
历史背景
The concept of Chinese modernized Slava-class cruiser is inspired the unfinished Slava-class cruiser Ukraina. The ship was laid down in 1984 but never completed due to the collapse of the Soviet Union. In 1990s and 2000s, China and India reportedly expressed interest in purchasing the Ukraina, but the ship was never sold. It currently lies in a shipyard in Mykolaiv, Ukraine, and is in a state of disrepair. The design in the game is a fictional modernization of the ship.
